PUPPETS IRELAND - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We have prepared a list of questions about our Irish Online Children’s Puppets Shop. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delivery is 5.95 euro per order (regardless of number of items).

How does the delivery arrive?
We use An Post for our deliveries. All deliveries can be tracked. When the order leaves our warehouse you will get an email from An Post with a tracking number and you can follow your PuppetsIreland order on www.anpost.ie. It is delivered by your local postman.

For Northern Ireland, we use An Post partner DHL.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are delivered quickly. All orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched same-day. Delivery to your preferred address is normally 1/3 working days via An post. For efficient delivery please provide an Eircode in the appropriate box at the check-out page.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will get a notification email from us to say that the order is complete. You will also receive an email notification from An Post with the details of your delivery (please keep an eye on your spam/junk inbox!).

I want to send the toys to another address, is there anything additional I need to do?
Yes, please fill in the delivery address fields, including the Eircode / postcode and telephone contact for that delivery address.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is 5.95 euro per order.

Do you have a shop?
We do not have a shop or a display area, we work from a warehouse.

Can I collect my order?
Yes – Our warehouse is in Summerhill, Co Meath but please ring in advance to arrange collection – contact Myriam at 0469558977.

Are the toys in stock and how long does it normally take to get delivered?
All puppets and puppets theatres on the website are stock items and are physically in our warehouse. If you can buy it on our online toy shop – then it is sitting on our shelves. We offer some-day dispatch on orders placed before 2 pm.
Allow 1 to 3 working days for delivery.

Do you manufacture the puppets and puppets theatres?
We do not manufacture the toys. The majority of puppets come from European suppliers, mainly based in Germany, France, Ireland, the Netherlands and the UK.

What payment methods do Puppets Ireland accept?
We accept all credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Amex…and all Irish debit cards ie Visa Debit and Mastercard debit. You can also use your Revolut card and all digital wallets such as Applepay, Google Pay.

We also take Gift Cards: One4all, Me2you and Mí Meath cards.

Please ring us on 046 955 8977 (INT +353 46 955 8977) if you want to pay by cheque, postal order and use a Purchase Order.

How secure are the Card Details I enter to complete my order?
We use Shopify Payments as a secure payment gateway to process all credit card payments. We never get to see or store any of your card details.

What are your Returns and Refunds Policies?
We are happy to refund any unused product returned within 28 days of purchase.
We just ask that it is returned unopened, and in its original packaging.
The choice of carrier and cost of return is at the customer’s expense.

Customers will receive a full refund on the value of the toy received, using the same method of payment as the original order.

In the case of damaged goods, we ask that you report any damage as soon as possible.
Depending on the item, we can organise a replacement or a spare part to be sent out.

Where is my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse an email is sent to you with the tracking number and the web address where you can track. It gives approximate details as in if out for delivery, received into hub etc. Please make sure to check your Spam Inbox as sometimes our notifications land there!
