Puppets Ireland is an Online Toy Shop based in Meath Ireland. Puppets Ireland deliver anywhere in Ireland. All the toys on the PuppetsIreland.ie website are in stock in our warehouse in Ireland.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is 5.95 euro per orders. These charges apply regardless of location within Ireland and number of boxes.
How long will delivery take?
Your Toy Order Ireland are delivered quickly. We dispatch all orders the same working day if the order is received before 2pm. Delivery to your preferred address is within 1/2 working days of our dispatch. Please make sure to fill in the Eircode field.
How does the delivery arrive?
Your Toy Shop Toys arrive via An Post. When the order leaves our warehouse you will get an email with a tracking number and you can follow your Puppets Ireland order on www.anpost.com. It usually is delivered by your local postman.
How do boxes arrive? Is their photos or images of the toys on the side of the box?
Orders are delivered using pre-used Cardboard Boxes. There are no Toy images or photos on the side but the boxes may have toy-related text visible. If this is an issue please call us 0469558977 (+353 469558977) or arrange a delivery address where there are no enquiring eyes. We tend to re-use boxes and recycled packing material.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver your Online Toy Order anywhere within the Republic of Ireland and to offshore Irish islands.
What are your Returns Policies?
All our toys conform to the strict European safety standards and bear the CE mark. We are confident that customers will be happy with their purchases. However, if a customer should wish to return a toy, the toy has to be sent back in its original packaging and in a resellable condition within 30 days of the reception of the order. Postage costs on returned toys are at the expense of the customer.
Returns Conditions
Toy must be in original undamaged packaging, unused and unassembled.
When we receive the return, we’ll issue a full refund to you, using the same method of payment as the one of the original order.
